More complaining

I woke up this morning with a killer sinus headache again. Took the non-drowsy sinus headache stuff, which knocked me out for another 4 hours. Woke with clear sinuses, no headache, but new back pain. WTF? This pain is a little higher than the usual, and almost feels as bad as when I had my kidney infection. Not wanting to induce renal shutdown, I drank lots of water and only 2 small cups (not mugs) of coffee. I still feel awful, with a persistant "not right" feeling accompanying the pain all day today.
I better feel better tomorrow, I have a busy day planned.
