Finals.

Taking a short break while printing handouts for my presentation on my research paper.
Communication research is interesting and boring by turns. Probably boring to everyone else in the world; I know when I start talking about it, eyes glaze over very quickly.
Also, I hate statistics, especially quantitative interpretations.
Also, I'm going out Saturday night, finals be damned. Karaoke is my kryptonite, or something.
Also, I'm too stressed to remember what that next also was going to say.

I'd love to see you too! It's a place called Uncle Joe's on 130th at Huffman, they're having a contest with a $50 prize. Some of us went week before last for a girl's night out kinda thing, and had lots of fun.

Not to be picky.... Karaoke should be your anti-kryptonite. It gives you energy to endure through the wonderful world of quantitative sh*t. Have fun with that!

Thanx - yeah, the rational part of my brain says I'll be OK, but the creepy still-hears-my-mother's-voice part of my brain is screaming "You're Not Good Enough!" and just muting it is also stress-causing. Ah, I should be used to this by now, but undergrad classes were cake compared to this.

We have some kind of same-polar magnatism or something, that we can't go out except once a year or so. Did your party count as the one time this year? Damn.
Oh well, there's always next year.
